Sealing washers combining a rigid steel backing with a bonded elastomer seal. Intended for properly designed fastened joints requiring protection against fluid ingress or leakage.
Specification & production considerations
Inner and outer diameters, metal thickness, rubber compound, temperature range, pressure requirements and mating surfaces must be specified.
Available manufacturing routes may include stamping, CNC machining, turning, forming and appropriate surface finishing, subject to design review.
